Dr Kevin Pollock

Kevin is a former police officer trained in EU Civil Protection. He is an experienced police incident officer and project manager with extensive practical experience and theoretical knowledge of crisis management and establishing organisational resilience. Kevin has developed and implemented risk, crisis and continuity management processes in complex organisations, using his ability to manage high performance teams, complicated projects and drive organisational change. He is also a BSI trained ISO22301 Lead Auditor.

Dr Ellen Ferguson, Chartered Psychologist

Ellen is a former police officer with experience in crisis management who is now an education professional. She has successfully designed and delivered effective training for staff at all levels of organisations. Ellen is also an expert on collaborative working and delivering change in organisations that is sustainable. She is solution orientated with specific knowledge and practical experience of developing personal and organisational resilience.
